What To Do This Weekend 2nd March 2018

Where to go and what to do this weekend.

Garden Beats

Billing itself as the first ever sustainable concert in Singapore, Garden Beats brings food, music and drink to Fort Canning on Saturday. Expect music from the likes of local and international acts including Hernandez Bros and Youngr and a sustainable themed lifestyle art market.

OH! Open House

If you are stuck for something to do this Saturday, why not take a walking tour around Emerald Hill and learn all about the history of this stunning, Peranakan shophouse filled neighbourhood. Each tours are 30 minutes and include a unique exhibition which allows you to see inside various residents homes, hand-picked for their significant art collections.

EVITA

Evita is still on if you haven't had the chance to catch it at the Marina Bay Sands Theatre yet. Sing along to classics including 'Don't Cry For Me Argentina' in this critically acclaimed production.

Art From The Streets

While Singapore might not be known for its street art scene, you can still catch a glimpse of some of the world's finest examples at the Art Science Museum. Featuring works from the likes of Banksy, Futura 2000 and Shepard Fairey, the exhibition takes you on a tour of how graffiti has changed over recent decades.
