The much-anticipated latest restaurant venture by the award-winning chef Patrick Heuberger, atout has finally opened its doors just this month, to the delight of the culinary community and food lovers. Standing out against the sea of Japanese restaurants, the newly opened Jinjo – one of the latest restaurants launched by the Les Amis Group – aims to carve out a niche serving modern sumiyaki where the focus will be on the art of charcoal grilling quality meats and vegetables. To meet the highest standards of freshness and quality, supplies and produce are shipped four times a week, featuring signatues such as the Alaskan king crab and black throat sea perch from the waters of Ishikawa. Its other unique offering includes the donabe menu - featuring beef, truffle, uni or crab rice cooked in traditional Japanese claypots.
