When Luxury And Charity Collide
Just last week, Maison Valentino announce a limited-edition t-shirt that Creative Director, Pierpaolo Piccioli, designed in support Every Mother Counts, a non-profit organization founded by Christy Turlington Burns dedicated to making pregnancy and childbirth safe for every mother around the world through public education on maternal health and investing in community-led programs to improve access to essential maternity care.
The exclusive $100 white tee features a large red heart proclaiming “Every Mother Counts” on the front, with the organisation’s logo on the back and a sketch of a mother cradling an infant. 100% of the net proceeds of the sale will go to the charity. They’ll be sold at Valentino’s flagship in Manhattan and at Valentino.com until the end of the year. They will be available at Valentino Fifth Avenue starting November 30th and online since December 1st.
