This has got to be one of the most anticipated restaurant openings in Singapore for a long time; from acclaimed chef Ryan Clift comes this new and innovative restaurant. With Clift serving as Culinary Director and Brand Ambassador, Head Chef duties go over to Lee Jing Peng who serves up phenomenally tasty dishes including gnocchi with sweetbreads and capers, scallop ramen with bamboo, leek and pork broth and chicken with rice crispies and sesame oil pearls. The idea is that the menu will change at least once a month, making it the ideal venue for regular dinners.

Well, the iconic eatery might have closed its doors but you can get your very own taste of it at Olivia Restaurant & Bar, thanks to the fact that co-founder and Chef, Alain Devahive, lists the Spanish restaurant on his resume.
