Specialising in hot plate grilling with a modern twist, Teppan by Chef Yonemura is one of the most hotly anticipated openings of December 2017. Marking his first venture outside Japan, the Michelin starred chef will be serving up delightful dishes including wagyu beef with homemade peanut sauce and homemade crepes susette. Definately worth a visit.
Fisk Seafood bar & Market
Norway has been long famed for its delicious, fresh seafood so it was only a matter of time before someone brought the Nordic countries best to our shores in the form of a restaurant. Think fresh rainbow trout with lemon herb dressing, hand dived scallops with fennel and salmon skin with cod roe. Delicious.
Wakanui Grill Dining
Bringing the finest cuts of meat from New Zealand and pairing them with a modern, Japanese twist is the concept behind Wakanui Grill Dining. Wakanui is so serious about their meat that they say they want to change the perception of beef and lamb in Singapore. While there are choices for non-meat eaters, we recommend the 21-day aged Ribeye.
If you are looking for some seriously upscale Sushi, then Ishi is the one. Helmed by head chef, Hideki Ii, this cosy 28 seater restaurant works in a traditional omakase-style dining, with grilled meats and shabu shabu. What's more, the prices are distinctly reasonable, especially for food this fine.
