Minotti and Rodolfo Dordoni Design Bring You The Ultimate Sofa System

Minotti’s latest seating system, created together with Rodolfo Dordoni Design, brings comfort to modern design.
The design world has in recent years been obsessed with the concept of minimalism. Moving from extremely stark industrial designs to clean lines in natural elements, interiors have become almost formulaic. Minotti’s new Freeman seating system blurs the line between minimal and contemporary luxury.
Designed by Rodolfo Dordoni, the Freeman system consists of two main shapes: Duvet and Tailor. Designed to match, both feature clean lines, a low seat profile and use of premium textiles. The combination of both allow for more versatile spaces, whether it be a cosy family setting or one for entertaining.
Freeman Duvet
Despite having similar design cues, the Freeman Duvet was designed to evoke the most comfort with its voluminous shape. It features smooth lines and extra-soft cushions and has a more traditional sofa aesthetic.
Freeman Tailor
The Freeman Tailor, although similar to the Duvet, has a more modern look with its single-piece seats and top stitching. Its ‘Wing’-shaped back- and arm-rests act as a counterpoint to the heavier seat and create an interesting contrast to the Duvet, despite their similarities. The Freeman Lounge is an extension of the Freeman Tailor and features the same decorative stitching.
