Stuck for ideas? Here are a few.

The Great Bay Fiesta

If Singapore isn't your original home and fairgrounds remind you of this time of year (the Hyde Park Christmas Winterland anyone?) then you will love this. Taking place at the Bayfront Event Space from 1st Dec until 1 Jan 2023, there's carnival games for every age, the smalls will love the likes of the Dumbo rides, pirate ships and the bumper cars but the piece de resistance has to be the circus show under the big top. Presented by Gandey’s Circus, and with seating for up to 1000 people,  this fiesta showcases nine circus acts from all over Europe, including the crossbow slingers Duo Adrenlina, the aerial daredevils of the Panther Troop and The Perez Motorbiker Troupe, who will be taking to a five-metre cage dubbed The Thunderdome.

The European Christmas Fair

If Christmas means mulled wine and ginngerbread then don't fret - while we can't offer you the freezing cold temperatures, the European Christmas Fair, taking place on the 23rd November, offers European products, as much gingerbread as you can get your hands on and a dose of Europe without getting on a plane and getting cold. The Fair will take place at Huone Singapore, 3d River Valley Road.

Mistletoe Alley at Christmas Wonderland at Gardens by the Bay

Another fantastic festive fiesta is Mistletoe Alley. There's a meet and greet with the big man himself, Santa, there's faux snow, a double-storey carousel, themed Christmas food and alley upon alley fuelled with festive huts where you can indulge in a spot of shopping. The fair takes place from 2nd December to 1st January 2023.

Capitol Singapore Christmas Fair

Now an annual event, all ages will love this outdoor event. To start with there are rows upon rows of European-themed Christmas goodies on offer in the market, there's live Christmas music, an actual singing Christmas tree and even faux snow fall - what's not to love about all that.

Curbside Crafters Christmas Market

Personally we love supporting local artists and that's exactly what this market does. With talented local entrepreneurs showing off their delights on the 23-24th December, it's the perfect even for those last-minute shoppers.
