Jigger & Pony Roll Out Their Collaboration Series

And for the launch, they have one of the world's finest pastry chefs involved. 

This year, Jigger & Pony was named Asia's best bar and, not ones to rest on their accolades, they have recently decided to venture out of the traditional bar scene for a collaboration series of sorts.

Kicking things off is a collaboration with famed pastry chef, Janice Wong and Remy Martin VSOP Cognac. Sow how do the three sit together we hear you ask, well, it turns out, easily and perfectly. This new collaboration centres round a 450ml bottle of Shiraz Manhattan with a Remy Martin VSOP Cognac, Cinzano Rosso vermouth, shiraz essence and amaretto, handcrafted by the award-winning Jigger & Pony team. Then, created to compliment the flavours of the cocktail, Chef Janice Wong has created five unique chocolates with flavours including cinnamon rum, passionfruit cointreau, maple cinzano bianco, almond coffee grappa and humpback and caffe fernet.
